Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation fee of 25% of total minus booking deposit will be withheld from your initial payment if reservation is cancelled 46 or more days prior to event date. A fee of 50% minus booking deposit will be withheld if cancelled 15-45 days prior to event date, and 100% of all fees are non-refundable if cancelled 14 days or less prior to event date. Booking deposits are non refundable and refunds are processed based on funds paid after booking deposit is recieved.
- All changes to reservations less then 24 hours prior to event subject to minimum $50.00 change order fee.
